THE CULTIVATORS

Located in Newburgh, NY is the utterly magical Cultivate Apothecary at Stonegate Farm, a 10-building, 3-acre property that cultivates organic flowers, herbs, heirloom fruits and honey. The farm also serves as a beauty laboratory for a bespoke line of all-natural, whole-plant botanical skincare. Operated by former chef and model Jill Rowe and photographer Matt Benson, the creative pair is currently in the midst of building outdoor brick ovens so they can use their farm-grown ingredients to cook outside for the community.

During the onset of COVID, Jill and Matt opened the farm as a CSA (Community Support Agriculture) for families and people in need. The small-scale agriculture brand is gearing up to create a new line of wellness tinctures and a day cleanser through the apothecary as the farm preps for another round of CSA for the surrounding area.
