You Know What Would Kick Up This Slice A Notch? Brightland Pizza Oil

Made from California olives and freshly crushed vegetals using the traditional agrumato style, this unique blend is rich, complex, and the perfect complement to any dish. While ideal for a classic slice of pizza, Brightland’s Pizza Oil is easy to use (hello, squeeze bottle!) and extremely versatile.

We are so excited to be launching our Pizza Oil soon – a first of its kind! We set out to create a product that was fun, full of flavor, and brought a new layer of deliciousness to every table… and I firmly believe that our new Pizza Oil is just that! The perfect blend of fresh olive oil and spicy herbs, Pizza Oil has already become a pizza party staple for each and every member of our team. A generous drizzle certainly elevates the cheesy, saucey goodness we all already know and love!

Produced by a 3rd generation California olive oil family,

Brightland’s PIzza Oil is made from cold-pressed Arbosana, Arbequina, and Mission olives using the traditional Italian agrumato style. This unique artisanal, small-batch method manually crushes olives alongside other fresh ingredients – in this case, jalepeños, garlic, oregano, and basil – to create a zesty, savory oil that is guaranteed to elevate your pizza game and beyond. Meant for liberal drizzling and dipping, this hot and herbaceous oil is cut by notes of green pepper and oregano backed by the bright and fruity flavors of fresh olive oil.

There are a million and one decisions when it comes to pizza – homemade or takeout, deep dish or thin crust, square or triangle –  however, your drizzle of choice doesn’t need to be one of them. Brightland’s Pizza Oil is guaranteed to become your go-to every time you’re looking to take your slice to the next level. While created to complement the fail-proof trifecta of dough, sauce, and cheese, Brightland encourages innovation. The Pizza Oil can (and should) be used for anything – doused on eggs, dipping for toast, drizzled into pasta, or added to anything that needs a little wakeup. The options are truly endless.
