Gone are the days of overwhelming outfit options. It’s time to purge the trendy dresses, ditch the only-worn-once jackets, and donate the sentimental sweaters. Capsule collection brand Classic Six promises quality over quantity with endless styling tips that always look harmonious and chic—but never basic.

The process of creating Classic Six was a no-brainer for designer Diana LoMonaco. Like most women, she was flooded with too many clothing options, both outdated and over-worn and everywhere in between. A bursting closet with nothing to wear is the constant echo in so many women’s minds. LoMonaco took it upon herself to set aside pieces in her own wardrobe that she repeatedly reached for. Spoiler alert: each item was both seasonal and timeless. And then she built a refined capsule collection out of six essential pieces that one could wear from day to date, every day, without ever appearing like a carbon copy of yesterday. Every item calls for intense attention to detail. The cut, fit and button placement of each piece is deliberate and mindful; coveting a namesake to timeless style icons like the Twiggy shift dress and the Marilyn accordion pleated skirt.
